• User Content: Habits, goals and tasks you enter into the App to provide core functionality.
• Usage Data: Basic anonymous analytics to understand how the App is used and how we can improve it. This data does not personally identify you.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the App, generate personalized quests, maintain security, and improve user experience through anonymous analytics. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Vibelitia uses Google Gemini AI to generate personalized quests and game elements based on the habits and goals you enter. This means the text of your habits and goals may be temporarily processed by Google’s servers.

5. Third-Party Services

We share your data only with the following providers as necessary to operate the App:

• Supabase – database storage and authentication
• Google Generative AI (Gemini) – AI processing (Privacy Policy and Terms of Service)
• Vercel – hosting and privacy-friendly anonymous analytics

6. Cookies and Tracking

We only use strictly necessary cookies required for the App to function (mainly to keep you securely logged in). We do not use tracking, advertising or non-essential cookies. Therefore, no separate consent banner is required.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep it longer.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers (Supabase, Google, Vercel) are located in the United States. Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your data is protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
