Vibelitia is a consumer self-improvement and wellbeing app. If you have privacy questions, rights requests, or concerns about how your information is handled, contact support@vibelitia.com.
This notice applies to information collected through our public website, authenticated product experience, AI companion systems, optional wellbeing check-ins, support communications, and paid billing flows.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Vibelitia, we may collect:
- Account information: email address, authentication identifiers, account settings, and confirmation status.
- Profile and gameplay information: goals, habits, quests, progress, rewards, preferences, companion selections, and other information you choose to store in the app.
- Wellbeing and limitation information: optional check-ins, mood, sleep, activity, stress, nutrition notes, physical limitations, and similar self-reported data you choose to provide.
- Messages and AI context: prompts, companion conversations, AI responses, and derived context used to personalize future interactions.
- Billing data: limited order and subscription metadata such as product, amount, currency, status, renewal state, and transaction identifiers from our authorized payment processor.
- Usage and technical data: IP address, user agent, approximate timestamps, page views, route usage, referrer data, device or browser information, and event telemetry.
- Communication preferences: consent records, email preferences, unsubscribe status, and support correspondence.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- create and maintain your account;
- deliver quests, progression systems, companion interactions, and other core features;
- personalize the app based on your goals, preferences, and limitations;
- process wellbeing check-ins and generate AI-assisted summaries or responses;
- operate billing, fulfill purchases, investigate duplicate or disputed charges, and support refunds;
- secure the service, detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, and enforce our terms;
- measure product performance, understand usage trends, and improve reliability and safety;
- send transactional messages and, where permitted, marketing or product update emails.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. AI processing and wellbeing data
Some Vibelitia features send content you provide to third-party AI services so we can generate personalized quests, check-in reflections, and companion replies. Depending on the feature, this may include habits, goals, health limitations, recent check-in values, and free-text notes or messages.
Use care when sharing sensitive information
Vibelitia is a consumer wellness product, not a healthcare provider. Please do not submit emergency information or anything you would only want handled in a clinical setting. Only share information you are comfortable using for personalization and app functionality.
AI providers may retain prompts and responses for limited abuse-prevention, security, or legal compliance purposes under their own policies. We currently rely on xAI for Grok-powered AI processing in some Vibelitia features.
5. Legal bases and sensitive information
Depending on your location, we may rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
Where sensitive wellbeing-related information is involved, we only process what you choose to enter and only for the purposes described in this notice, such as personalization, safety filtering, account support, and requested feature delivery.
8. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, and recover from backups or incidents.
If you delete your account or ask us to delete personal information, we aim to remove or de-identify active account data within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, unless we need to keep certain information longer for security, fraud-prevention, accounting, legal, or backup-recovery reasons.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
9. International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, including the United States and other jurisdictions where our infrastructure or providers operate.
When applicable law requires it, we take steps intended to provide an appropriate level of protection for transferred personal information.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
You can update some information directly in the app. For account deletion, data requests, billing corrections, or privacy questions, contact support@vibelitia.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Age restrictions
Vibelitia is intended only for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly offer the service to children under 16 or knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice in the app, on the website, or by email where appropriate. The updated version will take effect when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
Your use of Vibelitia after the updated notice becomes effective means the updated notice will apply going forward.
