1. General approach
We aim to review refund requests fairly and in good faith. Because Vibelitia provides digital services and digital items that can be delivered immediately, not every charge is automatically refundable.
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where local law gives you stronger refund or withdrawal rights, those rights control.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@vibelitia.com and include the account email, receipt email if different, order or subscription ID if available, and a short explanation of the issue.
The sooner you contact us, the better. We recommend reaching out within 14 days of the charge so we can review logs, entitlement delivery, and billing records while the event is still recent.
3. Recurring subscriptions
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access typically continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
For subscription charges, we generally follow these principles:
- Initial subscription charges: we may approve a refund when the request is made promptly, especially for a first-time purchase with little or no meaningful use of the paid benefits.
- Renewal charges: renewals are generally not refundable once processed, but we may review requests made shortly after renewal where there was no material use after the charge.
- Used billing periods: we usually do not issue partial refunds for time during which premium access was available and meaningfully used.
4. AI usage and metered resource consumption
Paid plans may include access to AI-powered features that consume paid third-party compute, generations, tokens, or other metered technical resources each time you use them. Those resources are supplied and consumed immediately when requests are processed.
If a refund request is made after material AI usage, we may deny the refund on the basis that a substantial portion of the purchased digital service has already been delivered and consumed. This includes cases where a user makes a high volume of AI requests in a short period, generates a large amount of personalized output, or otherwise uses the paid AI features in a way that creates meaningful cost or resource consumption for Vibelitia.
For example, if a user purchases access, submits approximately 100 AI requests in a day, or reaches a similar level of intensive paid AI usage before asking for a refund, we may treat that usage as material consumption of the service and refuse the refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may rely on internal usage logs, billing data, request counts, generated output volume, and related technical records when evaluating whether AI resources were materially consumed.
5. One-time digital purchases and virtual currency
One-time purchases such as gold packs, virtual currency, or other instantly delivered digital items are generally final once the items have been delivered to your account.
We may still approve a refund in limited situations such as:
- a duplicate charge;
- an unauthorized transaction reported promptly;
- a verified technical failure where the purchased item was not delivered;
- a prompt request where the purchased virtual currency or item remained entirely unused and the circumstances justify an exception.
Once virtual currency has been materially spent, exchanged, or consumed in the product, refunds are usually not available except where required by law.
6. Founder and supporter tiers
Some paid plans may be presented partly as supporter or founder tiers. Those purchases help fund continued development, infrastructure, content, and future premium systems.
Because supporter-tier benefits and recognition can begin immediately, these charges are generally not refundable after the billing period begins, except for duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, verified technical billing errors, or as required by law.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before opening a chargeback whenever possible. We can often resolve duplicate billing, mistaken renewals, or delivery issues faster through support than through a formal dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of paid access or the related account while the matter is investigated.
8. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned through our authorized payment processor to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot guarantee how quickly your bank or card issuer posts the returned funds, but many refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days after processing.
Digital delivery notice
If you ask us to begin supplying digital services, AI-powered features, or digital content immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that certain statutory withdrawal or refund rights may be reduced or lost to the extent permitted by applicable law once performance begins and paid resources are consumed.
