Vibelitia is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. By using the service, you represent that you are 16 or older and legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction. If you are 16 or 17, you are responsible for ensuring that any consent or supervision required by local law is in place.

Vibelitia is a gamified self-improvement platform with AI companions, personalized quests, progress systems, optional wellbeing check-ins, and cosmetic or premium features. It is designed to support motivation, organization, and reflective self-tracking.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.

You may not use Vibelitia to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• interfere with the service, rate limits, or security controls;
• submit malicious code, abusive content, or deceptive material;
• use the service in ways that could foreseeably cause harm to yourself or others.

Some Vibelitia features use automated systems and third-party AI models to generate quests, check-in reflections, companion replies, and other personalized content. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, biased, stale, or inappropriate for your situation.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions before acting on them, especially where activities, routines, health limitations, emotions, relationships, finances, or other important life decisions are involved.

Paid features may include recurring subscriptions, supporter tiers, and one-time digital purchases such as virtual currency packs. Prices, included features, and availability may change over time.

Payments are processed by our authorized payment processor, our merchant of record. We do not store your full payment card number. We may receive limited billing and order metadata such as product, order status, subscription status, amount, currency, and transaction identifiers.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. To avoid a future renewal charge, you should cancel before the next billing date using the billing tools made available after purchase or by contacting us at support@vibelitia.com.

In-app virtual currency, cosmetic unlocks, and similar digital items are licensed, not sold, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money except where required by law.

Refunds, duplicate charges, unauthorized payment reports, and chargeback-related rules are described in our Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as profile details, check-ins, goals, notes, messages, and preferences. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

If you send ideas, feature suggestions, or feedback, you allow us to use them without any obligation to compensate you, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Vibelitia, including its software, branding, visual design, original text, progression systems, and service-specific content, is owned by or licensed to Vibelitia and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where the law clearly allows it, you may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service without prior written permission.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created legal or security risk, abused the service, initiated a fraudulent chargeback, or if continuing the service is not operationally feasible.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you delete your account, some information may remain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or backup-recovery reasons as described in our Privacy Notice.

Vibelitia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every expectation or objective.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibelitia and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

We may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including limits, pricing, progression systems, AI behavior, companion features, and cosmetic offerings.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice in the app, on the website, by email, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of Vibelitia after the updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
